The ANKS-HH18 microwave vertical ashing device is developed based on the Enix microwave small sample ashing device. In the process of radioactive detection of biological samples, a large number of samples need to be collected for analysis due to the radiation generated by trace amounts of radioactive substances, that is, sample ashing is carried out to produce biological ash. The important difference between the ashing process of radioactive detection and ordinary ash preparation is that the former requires strict control of the temperature of the sample during the ashing process and cannot have high temperatures to prevent the sublimation and escape of nuclides. The Enix HH18 ashing device can complete the drying, carbonization, and ashing of biological samples in one go. A 12L ashing container with a processing capacity of 5kg takes about 32 hours to prepare animal samples; The preparation time for plant samples is about 6-8 hours, which saves time and increases sample testing time and cost compared to traditional muffle furnaces, electric heating plates, and oven conversion methods
